How are your artisanal food products shipped?
We take great care in packaging our perishable items. All temperature-sensitive goods are shipped in insulated containers with cold packs to ensure they arrive at your door in peak condition.
What is your return policy on farm goods?
Due to the artisanal and perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our guest services within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our products within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses due to the perishable nature of our farm-to-table collections.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Yes, during the checkout process, you will have the option to include a complimentary gift message that will be printed on a Blackberry Farm note card and included with your shipment.
How can I track the status of my delivery?
Once your order has been handcrafted and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey from our farm to your home.
