We want you to be completely satisfied with your Blackberry Farm Shop purchase; if you are not, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that perishable goods and customized items are final sale to ensure the highest quality and safety for all our customers.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
