Our Ramp Chimichurri is inspired by the classic Argentinian condiment with its strong herb and garlic flavors. We used that inspiration to develop our own Blackberry version using one of our farm favorites: ramps. This delicious condiment can be used as a marinade or topping on virtually any vegetable or protein like beef, lamb, chicken or fish.
