Millers Cove Jack is an aged sheep’s milk cheese that is a hybrid of two different styles, Jack and Alpine. During its ageing process, a minimum of four months, the cheese begins to lose moisture and the flavors really come together. This mild, sweet and salty cheese is very approachable.
